Return Policy

1. Applicability

This Returns Policy is designed for our customers who shop on our website, Komforten. This includes all customers from the countries, states and regions where we deliver our products. As part of our commitment to you, all products purchased on Komforten's website are eligible for returns under certain conditions. If you have received a damaged product, you can also return it under certain conditions.

Please make sure you understand our returns policy and ensure all criteria are met before sending any items back to us.


2. Time limit

Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange. No additional days will be granted for any reason for return purposes.


3. How to initiate a return


In order for us to issue you a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Please note that the returned product must have been purchased from our website, and we will require the order number as proof.
  • The product must be complete with accessories, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging without damage.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days after the product has been delivered to you.
  • You must return the product to the address provided by our customer support. DO NOT SHIP to the address provided on the product packaging.
  • Before making a return, you must contact customer service, the address to which this should be sent is Zirkongatan 27c, Lgh.1502, Västra Frölunda 42164.
  • The product you have received and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, please ensure that you send your product to us using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods and packages the product securely.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your request for a refund or exchange has been approved.

4. Damage and problems


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@komforten.se immediately if the product is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and rectify it. We may need to request photographic evidence of the damaged product via email. After verifying the damage, we will send you a new replacement product within 3 to 5 business days.

This refund policy is directed to customers to inform them of our refund policy. This policy is written for customers who have used the services from the Komforten™ website.



2. Refund Policy Terms


Refunds can only be requested for products purchased from the Komforten website.


2.1. If the Product Has Never Arrived


The customer will receive a full refund as a buyer protection guarantee if the customer has not received the product within 60 days of ordering.



2.2. Refund Request Instead of Compensation


You can request a refund if you have returned the product and would like a refund instead of a replacement product or website coupons/store credits.


2.3. Cancelled purchase

If there has been an error with your order and you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us at info@komforten.se. as soon as possible . If you contact us and the package has already been shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order. Of course, you can return the package once it has arrived.



2.4. Refund Request After Returning the Product For Any Reason

If you have initiated the return within 30 days of receiving the product and you want a full refund, you will receive a full refund for the product.


2.5. Received Damaged Product


You will receive a full refund if you have received a damaged product. Alternatively, we offer the option of sending a new product if you prefer that instead of a refund. We respect your request and will take action according to your wishes.


3. Refund process


Once your refund request has been received and approved for any of the above reasons, please allow us 3 to 10 business days to process your refund. We will then either ship a new product or refund the full amount to the account used for payment, depending on your preference.
